Welcome to this weeks issue of the Achieve
Net Profits Letter. I hope this newsletter finds
you well.
The teleseminar that I held last week (on how
anyone can set up their own successful
membership site) seemed to be a huge success.
Our 90 minute call ended up turning into a 3
hour marathon, and the feedback I've heard from
people so far indicates that they liked the
information we provided.
(If you signed up to the call, you should
have already received an email with a link to
the "raw" recording of the call. The download
page for all the items and bonuses from the call
should be ready in a few days).
From a personal point it's been very
interesting learning just what goes into running
a teleseminar. This was the first one I've done
before, and it's certainly been a step learning
curve!
But I *think* I've managed ok. A few things
I'll know better for next time (if I do a next
time :-) ), but overall I've been happy with how
things have gone.
(Although I did discover that I use a lot of
"umms" and "ahhs" when I talk. I never realized
that. I also never realized how similar I sound
to my father, and how we have similar mannerisms
when we speak. It's amazing what you learn when
you hear your own voice recorded!)

Just over a month ago I commented on the snow
that had fallen on the mountain behind the city
I live in. A few people wanted to see a picture
of it... but, of course, it had melted by that
time, and the weather has decided to be slightly
warmer of late!
But there have been a couple of cold days
this month, and I've been able to take a few
pictures of the mountain with some snow on it.
I'm not the world's best photographer, and my
camera is only a cheap one, but hopefully you'll
get the idea.

Dr.Mani is a very busy man. Not only is he a
full time surgeon, but he also manages to run a
very successful online business!
Just when you thought he couldn't do anything
more, Dr.Mani has created a 7 day ecourse titled
"Ezines 'r' EZ".
True, he is using it as a lead for a new
course he plans to offer in July, but that
doesn't stop you from just signing up for just
the ecourse.

Another busy person online is someone I
interviewed last week. Ewen Chia is the author
of many info-products including "Resale Rights
Secrets", "Website Conversion Secrets", "Mini
eBook Secrets" and "Turnkey Internet Profits"
(to name just a few).
Not surprisingly, I spoke with Ewen about how
to create an info-product. He had some
*fantastic* advice for both newbies, and people
who have already created one or two of their
own.
One of the questions I asked was what he
would say to someone who claimed they couldn't
create an info-product (because they didn't
think they couldn't write for example). This is
part of what he said:
Creating info-products is not
difficult, the first effort may be but once
you get the experience and initial push,
it'll be a breeze. The important thing's to
just get off your butt and do something
everyday, meaning take action. Have a focus,
a plan of what you want to achieve and work
towards it, it's really so simple.
I think not being able to write's a very
poor excuse, if you can talk, you can
write.
The trick's to write like you talk, like
you're chatting or sharing information with a
friend. You definitely don't need to be a
Nobel Prize winner or professor to put your
words and thoughts on paper. Most
info-products are very 'casual' in tone which
makes it both easier to read and absorb.
The easier method's in breaking down the
product into smaller chapters and bullet
points and working on each point
individually. Have a timeline to complete
each point and stick to it. You'll be
surprised when your book gets completed
finally.
In fact, many a times you don't even need
to write to create your own products!
There're many ways to create products
without writing and there are actually more
than 50+ formats that go into the term
'info-product'. An info-product is just that,
a product that shares information, your own
or someone elses. For example, an ezine,
article or even review can be considered a
product depending on how you transmit the
information you've. Same goes with formats
like coaching, teleseminars, subscription
sites and consulting etc.
Here're just some easy ways to create
info-products without writing:
- Compilation of related articles,
resale products, etc. into a themed
package
- Compile reference guides: Resources
and links on a particular subject with
simple commentary
- Quick audio recordings and video
trainings
- Your own software programs or
collection of other people's software
- Get it ghostwritten
- Collecting interviews

).
Ewen gave some great examples of products he
has created that have involved him writing very
little, and also included links to a few
resources that are sure to help people create
their own info-product.
I really liked his answer on how to come up
with an idea for an info-product, and then doing
the research to determine if it is likely to be
profitable or not. Often coming up with an idea
is the hardest part, and his tips are good
ones.
Well, that's about it for me this week. Till
next week, I wish you all the best with your
online business.
Cheers,
Jason
