Man, talk about last minute scrambles!
As you probably know, I've been putting
together the new (paid) membership site for
Achieve Net Profits. And, like everything always
does, things just seemed to take longer than I
thought they would :-)
But the good news is everything is now ready
to go!

(To be honest the page above isn't a
fantastic sales letter that will hit all your
"triggers". But it will tell you everything
about the site.)
To give you a brief summary of what you will
get when you join the site:
- All the interviews have been moved into
the site, and PDF versions are now available
for all of them
- The former "downloads" section for this
newsletter has been significantly increased.
Many products with resell rights have also
been added.
- There is a discounted products section,
where you can buy popular products at a

Gardner's "Super Affiliate Handbook" at 15%

- A forum, where members can chat and ask
questions, organize JVs with each other, and
offer specials for other members.
- A collection of 340 web site templates in
various styles, including several you can use
in eBay auctions.
- 55 "How To" videos, with 975 minutes
(over 16 hours) of training material.
- Finally, members can refer others to the
site and earn $7/month for every person they
refer.
The regular price for the site will be $19.97
a month, but for this week only (until the 10th

Obviously the creation of the membership site
means some changes for this newsletter.
For one thing, there has been a slight name
change. To differentiate the newsletter from the
membership site, the newsletter is now called
"The Achieve Net Profits Letter".
The full interviews will no longer be
published here (instead being added to the
membership site). However a short but valuable
tip from each interview will be included in the
weekly newsletter.
This weeks interview (now available in the
membership site), is one that I'm sure will
interest a number of people. It is with Barry
Stein, who has been having great success with
Google Adwords in the last few months.
How much success? Barry made $6,561.57 in
affiliate commissions in January with a 58%
profit margin - and he's only been promoting
affiliate programs with Google Adwords for 3
months.
Needless to say, Barry obviously knows a
thing or two about using Google Adwords!
Here's just one of many tips that Barry
passed on in his interview:
Writing great text ads for Google Adwords is
very important. If you expect to get people's
attention and have them click through to the
merchant web site you will need to learn how
to do it correctly.
When you write your ads ask yourself these
questions:
… Does the headline grab my
attention? … Does the headline promise a
benefit? … Does the body of the ad
motivate me to click on the link?
The headline is the most important part of
your ad. If you cannot get someone's
attention with the headline they will not
read the rest of the text of your ad.
What you are actually doing is qualifying
your prospects.
The headline should focus on a benefit or
an end result. Think about what is important
to the prospect and try to work it into your
headline.
You should also try to work your most
important keyword into the headline. If you
are unable to do that then put it in the
text.

I've briefly dabbled with Google Adwords, but
only in a very small way, and without much
success. But Barry's information has certainly
inspired me to try again in the very near
future, and I'm sure his experience will help me
achieve a better result!
That pretty much wraps me up for today. This
week Marina and I (with the help of my father in
law) are doing some renovating at home (really
bad planning on my part launching the membership
site at the same time!). So I'll have to make
this a bit shorter than I normally will.
The renovations aren't *too* major. We're
closing up one door in the house, reopening up
another that was closed by the previous owners,
building a walk-in pantry, and then doing a lot
of painting. Fun fun fun! :-) I'll try and post
some pictures online next week, for people who
want to have a look.
