1. From the Editor
Welcome to another issue of Achieve Net
Profits - I hope
everything is well with you and your family. My
wife and I are
feeling relatively rested after our holiday at
her brothers house
(even if we did do all the cooking while we were
there =) ).
Firstly I have to make a bit of an apology. Last
week I hit the
wrong button when I sent out the message
announcing the web
version of ANP was online. As a result, the
message was sent out
without anything in the from line of the email -
and most mail
servers promptly deleted the message. So if you
were wondering
why you didn't find out about last weeks issue,
that's why.
Sorry! I'll try to ensure that it doesn't happen
again.
An interesting new chapter will be starting for
Achieve Net
Profits next week. After some negotiations, I'm
buying the
subscriber list to another newsletter (the
editors are moving on
to other projects, but don't want to just delete
the list).
I won't mention the name of the newsletter here,
since the final
issue of the newsletter by the current editors
hasn't gone out
yet (and its only fair that they tell their
subscribers first).
Of course, there are many potential problems
that could occur in
the handover - people may miss the handover
issue, then start
making spam complaints when they start getting a
strange
newsletter they didn't subscribe to. Hopefully
I've planned my
way around any potential problem (famous last
words!), but I
guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Either way, I guess it will be a good topic for
a "tip" in the
future =)
You probably saw my special mailing about the
new book that
everyone has been talking about. Surprisingly,
"30 Days To
Internet Marketing Success" (written by Joe
Kumar) lives up to
almost all the hype about it.
I say almost because the book does assume two
things - you are
able to work on your business full time, and you
have the
"motivation" of losing everything if you aren't
successful.
The interesting thing (for me) was that Joe
approached me to
contribute to the book several months ago.
Unfortunately, while
the challenge was very interesting, I didn't
feel I could take
part. After all, I'm not yet working online full
time yet - how
could I honestly write a 30 day plan for working
online full time
that wasn't just "I think this will work"?
Although I assure you the book doesn't suffer
for my absence ;-)
Normally I wouldn't like to recommend anything
that claimed you
could earn money in your business quickly -
either on or off the
Internet. But this book isn't aimed at short
term solutions that
will leave you back at square one at the end of
the month, or
that cost you lots of startup money. And with
the huge variety of
suggestions in this book (and the second book
that you will get
for free when it is released) you are sure to
find something that
will help you.
Plus, if you order via the link below (and send
me a copy of your
receipt), I'll send you three bonuses: Super
Affiliate Secrets
Exposed, Web Sales Letters Supreme, and Instant
Site Maker. Take
a look at the book - I highly recommend it.

And now, I do believe it is time to get on with
the show!
This week sees a first for ANP - I don't have an
interview ready
(four are currently underway, but none of them
are ready yet. Its
my fault, as while I was on holiday I didn't
chase people up).
Instead, I've gone through the interviews from
the last four
months, and put together a compilation of the
best hints and tips
that have been suggested. The best of the best
if you like. I
hope you find it useful.
The resource this week has a rather long title -
"How Anyone Can
Create Best-Selling Infoproducts Without Writing
A Word". It is
written by Jeff Smith, the author of "The
Ultimate Information
Entrepreneur's Success Package". This short
report goes through
the various options for an infoproduct (not just
an ebook), and
then gives 3 simple methods for creating one
that doesn't involve
you writing. More on this below.
I hope you enjoy it. Don't forget that you can

2. Interview - Advice For
2003 (compilation)
Sorry, this interview is no longer available in the archives. It has been moved to the membership site. You can find out more about the membership site (and how to join) by visiting here.
3. Resources - Creating
Infoproducts Without Writing A Word
Most experts (although not all ;-) ) agree on
one thing about
marketing online - the best way to build your
business is to
create your own infoproduct (usually an ebook).
At first thought
this may seem like too much work - how are you
going to find the
time to write a 50, 80, or 120 page book?
Enter this short report: "How Anyone Can Create
Best-Selling
Infoproducts Without Writing A Word".
It shows several options for different types of
infoproducts
(infoproducts aren't just ebooks), and then
gives 3 simple
methods for creating an infoproduct that doesn't
involve you
writing - compiling existing information,
interviewing experts,
or using something in the public domain.
It is a quick read, but it should give you
several ideas you can
use.
This book is in PDF format, so should be
readable on all
computers. You can download it from the "members
only" section
(along with the existing collection of ebooks,
ecourses, and
other useful sites).

4. Humor - "Facts" About
Australia
Only hearing about a country via TV (or other
forms of media) can
give people a very warped sense of what a
country is like.
Supposedly, these are real questions that have
been asked about
Australia. Whether they are real or not, as an
Australian I still
find them funny and couldn't resist including
them here ;-)
Q: Does it ever get windy in Australia? I have
never seen it rain
on TV, so how do the plants grow? (UK)
A: Actually, we import all plants fully grown
and then just sit
around watching them die.
Q: Will I be able to see kangaroos in the
street? (USA)
A: Depends how much you've been drinking.
Q: Which direction is North in Australia?
(USA)
A: Face south and then turn 90 degrees. Contact
us when you get
here and we'll send the rest of the
directions.
Q: Can you tell me the regions in Tasmania where
the female
population is smaller than the male population?
(Italy)
A: Yes, gay nightclubs.
Q: Are there supermarkets in Sydney and is milk
available all
year round? (Germany)
A: No, we are a peaceful civilisation of vegan
hunter gatherers.
Milk is illegal.
Q: I have a question about a famous animal in
Australia, but I
forget its name. It's a kind of bear and lives
in trees. (USA)
A: It's called a Drop Bear. They are so called
because they drop
out of gum trees and eat the brains of anyone
walking underneath
them, although you personally should be safe
enough. If you are
still worried you can scare them off by spraying
yourself with
human urine before you go out walking.
5. Final Word
Last weeks holiday has definitely thrown me
out of sync for
getting ANP done this week - it seems to have
taken me twice as
long as usual (which is why this issue is a bit
late this week).
Hopefully everything will be back to normal next
week. Well, as
normal as things ever are =)
If you haven't already, I strongly urge you
to take a look at "30
Days To Internet Marketing Success". Having such
a large number
of step by step plans that experts would follow
if they were back
to square one is invaluable to anyone whether
they are starting
off, or have had some success online already and
are looking to
grow their business. Its definitely a book
people will be talking
about for a long time to come.
http://www.achievenetprofits.com/30days/
(But remember - if you just read the book and
then do nothing,
you are wasting your time and money).
Till next week, I wish you much success in
your online business.

work, so most people
don't recognize them." -- Ann Landers
